shift knob problem

Default shift **** problem

Sorry, for the noob question, but i can't get my shift **** off. I tried to unscrew it, but thats not working and for some reason i cant get the shift boot down off the **** either for. Any suggestions?

yea.. u have to take apart the boot from the bottom plastic part.. all of it (**** and boot) are attached i believe so you have to unscrew the whole thing...
