Default oil cooler?

i've notived two tubes in front of the ac condensor of my gsr. one lopes around on the driver's side while the other runs all the way across the front of the condensor. some kind of cooler i persume(?) because the one that loops around does get kindda warm, but the one that runs across stays cold. what are these tubes (cooler) for?

The light-colored aluminum lines are AC lines and the thick, dark, looped line is for the PSF cooler.

The 94-95 GSRs came with an oil cooler. The 96-01s did not. The oil cooler is an oil water heater exchanger, so there is no heat exchanger on the front of the car. Like mentioned above, the loop that you see is the power steering cooler.

Then the AC lines must be painted black. I should rephrase that the smaller lines with the socketed fittings are AC lines. PS lines use socketless plumbing.
