Weird Noise When I Push The Clutch In

Whenver I push the clutch in a hold it there for a couple seconds I start to hear this squeaking noise come from the engine bay. Could this mean that my clutch is going?

that sounds like a throw out bearing. you would want to replace your clutch while you replace your throw out bearing as well.
