Is it an aftermarket one? If so, maybe the nut has worked it's way loose.

there should be some kind of bearing in the steering column. look into that. im not sure about it, but most cars have them. also your steering rack might be hanging up

take the steering wheel off. most likely it is the point where the wheel is fastened to the shaft. What you are speaking of is commonly known as "play" it is common in older vehicles and if you can live with it. leave it alone

i did took off the wheel.. and tighten the bolt... and nothing....

i took off the plastic cover of the steering column and shaked the steering wheel a bit. and i noticed that the steering joint bearing and the lower steering joint. are in good shape. is there any chance thet the problam is from the column ball bearing ?

Do you mean loose? When you take the wheel off does the shaft giggle left to right or up and down? Like if there is play in the steering? Correct me if Im wrong but isnt there 2 bearings in the steering coulmn? One in the top and one at the bottom? I would check those or where the shaft goes through the firewall and meets the steering rack. Have someone turn the wheel and see if you can see anything that looks out of place.
