I have a chance to get a set of Kosei's and I have a few questions? Will I have any rubbing with this 16x7.5" 45 Offset Kosei K1 Fitment (especially since I am going to be using a 7.5" wide tire and my car is lowered at least 2.25")? Also will I need to use wheel spacers to accomodate the wheels? Thanks!

If they fit it's going to be close. You definitely do NOT want spacers as that would make the offset lower, pushing the wheels further out and making them scrape the fenders.
205/45 tires will work fine on those, should handle awesome.

This is what I am afraid of since my car is lowered at least 2.25". I was planning on using these as my DD wheels.

You could probably roll the fenders a bit and be fine.
You would also have to watch tire-to-suspension clearance. 45 offset is the same as the stock 6" wheels right? That means the edges of the wheel extend both outward AND inward an extra 3/4" compared to stock. It's possible that you might actually need a spacer to keep it off the suspension, but then you would have to roll the fenders even more to them from scraping out there.

I'm pretty sure the offset on the stock wheels are 45. This is exactly what I am thinking. Now that I think about it they are not worth it anymore. Thanks for the help
