Need Help On Converting 99 civic dx doors to ex doors
What do i need to convert a 96-00 civic dx hb doors to ex doors? I have the EX doors but i just dont know what I need to install it.

If you have the doors you should just be able to take the skin off the ex and put it on the dx. Assuming they are the same year and all. You will need to run extra wires through the door to control the power windows and locks but besides that, as long as there the same size and year, they should be plug and play.

but do i have to connect the door straight to the battery? I heard from a friend that if you connect it sraight from the battery the window still go down even when the engine is not on, is that true? And where do i plug all the wires at?
