Default Is this a good setup?

I am rebuildng my d16z6 head. I have ferrea bigger valves. I want to buy a zex 59300 cam. I think this parts are ok. But can I use hks valves and retainers?

I have search, sorry for my english.

i dont need a new engine, should I buy the wires from the same producer as the cam?

i like the zex cam....pretty noisy but it makes good power up too 7800, im running the stock valvetrain, but if you wanna be safe go with either the zex springs and new oem retainers or isky springs and new oem retainers...dont forget an adj. camgera imo its a must for the zex 59300.
