That'll be fine. It's best to you the springs and retainers recommended by the manufacturer of your cam (which is what you're planning on doing), but using valves from a different manufacturer won't hurt. Of course, there's almost NEVER any reason to waste money on aftermarket valve... But you weren't asking about that, so I won't to into it.

well I am doing a build for turbo and a 55 shot of nitrous I am looking to hit 200-230whp without the bottle, would it still be a waste to upgrade the vaulves my motor as 190,XXX?

Aftermarket valves are not a performance upgrade, unless you're using them as an expensive and illogical way to alter your compression ratio. I recommend having the people who do the headwork install new oem valve guides and oem valves. The case for aftermaket valves doesn't really apply to your setup. They claim to minimize friction, but unless you're revving your motor passed 9000rpm (which you won't need to or want to), you won't need to worry about friction on the valves. The optimized flow characteristics they claim are unsupported and still don't make them worth their cost. You'd be much better off putting that money toward a proper port and polish.

Re: head build ? (95 honda8)
You should be able to get the valves and valve guides at the dealership. What head are you building? I hear the best cams to use for boosted D's are the following:
ZEX (I know it's the 105300 for the D16y8)
Crower Stage 2 Turbo Cam
STOCK!
400whp+ has been achieved on completely stock heads. Your stock cam can generate just as much power as any of the aftermarket cams. The aftermarket cams will typically give you faster spool times, and will help correct reversion and detonation, if those problems are occurring.
What are your goals with this build? Is it for the street? Track? What kind of power are you expecting to get? Have you thought about your compression ratio? It's important that we know what you're looking for before we start recommending parts for you to buy...

BTW, you asked about Comp cams... Yes, they're a well respected cam manufacturer for a reason. ZEX is a subsidiary (don't know if they actually call themselves that) of Comp cams. Let us know what head you have and I can point you in the right direction for a few different cams.

goals: I am doing a turbo\ nitrous. I would like to get 200-230WHP without useing the bottle. I know that honda heads can handle a lot but I thought if I am going to do the block I should do the head at the same time. I called comp cams today about this package
http://www.compperformancegrou...D16Z6
It comes with cam, valve springs and retainers for $645

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that K59300 cam is the exact same as the zex 59300. That's typically the #1 recommended cam for D builds. Getting the full package from them sounds like your best bet. The springs they'll include were designed specifically for that cam.
About your goals, however, be sure to do thorough research into combining boost with nitrous. That may be overkill. I've only seen it done on drag cars with large turbos that spool very late and need the nitrous for low end, particularly in launching. I won't knock it if your goal is to be unique, but that setup, frankly, won't be practical for a street driven car. It'll also be very complicated to set up, tune, and maintain.
