Default Darton-MID-sleeves with original HondaHeadgasket?

I plan to get my B16A2 sleeved with Darton-MID. After that, can I use a original HondaHeadgasket without problems or will I have to take an otherone(cometic for example, like people at Darton told me)?

I believe the OEM headgasket is good to 82mm, so you should be good up til 82

We CNC overbore stock gaskets all day long. We have them in stock and ready to ship. Whenever you need a gasket, give us a call!

If you sleeved to 84 bore, use a CRV head gasket. If you went bigger than that, use aftermarket.

depends on which block you are using.

Honda Head Gaskets are the way to go. Cometic gaskets arent necesarry. Overbored OEM gaskets will do the job.

just out of curiousity, what if say, u have an open deck, say ummm f22? then u sleeve it withan MID and its closed, do you need to get a closed deck HG?

cuz i think for the h22a1 and a4 the open and closed deck have differnt gaskets?
