this is what the VSS looks like.
you'll only see from the long notch in the middle to the left.. the rest would be in the tranny.

there is a plug going to it.

u know where ur starter is look at ur starter from the fender and then its a little from the left ull c this black connector. the drain/fill bolts are a little farter down then the speed sensor go to team-integra.net check out the article for tranny fluid. very good article good pictures u cant get confused. i heard of some jiffy lube guy messign up a tranny for takingo tu a bolt that he thought was the drain or fill and messed up the tranny so make sure its the right bolt..

no picture..um...i think the vss sensor is covered by the chassis, am I right? So in order to access the vss sensor where do I actually see it? Under the hood or under the car?

i'm trying to figure out why you need to know where the vss is to change the transmission fluid? you took a picture of the starter with the rubber cover though.. the vss is that black piece of plastic with a plug on it that is vertical coming out of the back side (still on the top) of the transmission.. there is a picture of it.. this view is going to be from the passengers side fender with the front of the car to your right. and your wheel infront of your legs

i don't know where you are located but honda dealer or jiffy lube (something similar?) can do it for you.. always a thought.

hayabusa160 shows a very good picture look on top of the car over the passenger fender look at the distributor then look to the left of it. ull c the starter look to the left of it ull c the black sensor look at hayabusa pic thats the sensor. draining tranny fluid u go underneath the car trust me check out the article it helps out so much.
