What are your settings at? and what is the best one?
i recently purchased a new ALpine cda 9833. Its my first alpine and im nbot familiar with all the settings, like the built in x-over, i have polk audio dbs and was wondering what you guys have your settings at and if you can help me set it to get the best possible sound
Does it have time alignment? That sort of thing is a bit difficult to set over the net but if you give us some specifics we can give you a good idea of what to set it at. Speaker, tweeter size, subs etc

Since you don't have any subs, you don't need to mess with the head unit's crossover. Make sure to set the crossover slope to "flat" to ensure that the full frequency range is going to each speaker. See manual for details.
As Xsi suggested, I would definately adjust the time alignment. It makes a big difference in the imaging.

if you dont have any subs, the tune your bass to 10 and treble to 6 BEST SETTING for your setup
