Default speaker selection

im wondering about speakers. Im after a set of speakers that will give me the best sound possible. I dont want to buy a full system (components amp sub) just after a set of 6x9s or 6''. I have good head deck....top of range pioneer so thats no problem. I was thinking the Apline DLS-175R DDLinear 6.5" Coaxial Speaker Set

or the PR-69LP Type-R 6”x 9” Coaxial 2-way Speaker, also alpine.... i want something 2-way as thats the best direction to head.

much appreciated

stay with a set of speaker that are a close to the power rating of your headunit. It will sound better because the r.m.s. of you headunit matches the speaker. So it would be more efficent. The top pioneer radios only put out 22x4 rms. 50x4 is peak.
