^^^Question about tire size?^^^

I just got some 16x7 inch slipstreams....and i was wondering what would be a better tire size: 205/45/16 or 205/40/16. They are going on a 94 civic cx.

45's will protect the rims more and probably last longer.

205-40-16... they fit nicely... i had them no a 92 CX

i had 205/45-16 on my hatch for a while on 16x7 +42 offset. they rubbed the rear fender a tiny bit on large bumps and on the front frame a bit on full lock. if i bought 16s again, i'd still rock that size tho
