air/fuel ratio o2 bung
i need some help on where to weld the new bung so i can put another o2 sensor on my 99 integra gsr for my air fuel ratio gauge... i have a defi d gauge air fuel gauge and they told me it was best to put in another o2 sensor on the pipe somewhere...help me on where to weld it close to? on the downpipe right? thanks
im going to try to just install it by adding another o2 sensor to my downpipe somewhere and then hook my gauge up to the new o2 sensor im welding a bung for
what the hell are you doing?
first off the Defi AFR gauge is a narrow band gauge, those are useless.
second, you certainly dont need a separate o2 sensor for that. just use the primary o2. adding another o2 wont have any advantages what so ever.
and if you must - yes 18" at least and before the cat. around the stock location is best.

Primary O2 location.
Primary O2 location.
Tap the wire into primary O2 wire that connects to the ecu... Like he said you dun need another O2 for a narrowband a/f guage, your car has one and second its a worthless guage
as said before is correct, anywhere is good, however in my turbo kits the prefered location is right after the turbo outlet right on the downpipe, the closest the best for accurate readings, remember if is too far you get delayed reaction and colder temperatures wich in time will reduce your O2 sensor life, O2 sensors like being really hot
