what mods for LS crank in b16?

what mods for LS crank in b16?
Do i need the Crank offset grinded or the mains realigned to use the LS crank? Or can i just do a good ole finish line hone on the mains and throw the LS crank in?

you need custom rods
you can just throw a ls crand in to any b18 block and just use the ls rods
but a b16 has a shorter deck so you need custom rods if you want to use a ls crank
in other words just get a b18 block
