Default battery question

is there a company that can re-man. a dead(no good) battery? my battery is dead and will no longer take a charge. the problem is my car is rhd. so the poles are verry small. i don't want to buy a u.s. battery.
thanks.
this is type R related cause my battery is a small type r battery.

btw i actually orderd a battery from japan. but by the time it got here it was also dead. i guess from sitting arround too long.

If you can open it try to drain it and replace then charge- maybe its cheaper and easier then you think???

i read somewhere that the plates deteriorate, and needs to be replaced. i already tried to add more battery fluid. but i never tried draining it and replacing. maybe i'll do that tomorow.

i just figured, that there must be a company that re-build batteries, for those hard to replace ones like the one used on vintage and hotrods.
if not i guess will just get either a brail, or maybe a spoon since i'm somewhat a *****.

the lead plates will start to corode and which then clogs the pores in the plates, which then makes the plates useless. to be abel to do this you need to source new lead plates with the desired number of pores in the plates...which i think is just a waste of time and ultimatley a lost cause. you can try a VERY slow trickle charge and see...but that might be weeks??
