the pr3 and pw0 are obd0 ecu's.
a chipped p28 is cool but you need to know what kind of chip you are getting. the p30 is the way to go if you can get one.

its a 1995 dx with a b16a its a stock motor i had a p30 in it and i wired the vtec and it didnt engage because i have no knock sensor hooked up and it ran like ****, since i had vtec wired i switched back to te p28 ( not chipped ) and it ran better.

the P30 ecu would be a good choice for you for sure when it works properly. There's a guy on this board "JDMlyfestyle" that knows his stuff when it comes to ecu's and how to make it work with your set up. He just answered someone recently about how to defeat certain imputs including the knock sensor if I remember correctly. Do a search on his username and see if you can find the info, otherwise try PM'ing him.

p28, p30, or p72 (JDM or USDM) will work fine if you get it chipped. Let me know if you need help. If you don't want to mess with chipping, just look for a p30, and make sure your wiring is good.

Especially since the P30 is the correct ECU for the 2nd gen' B16A (OBD1/hydo).
