Default throwing code 41

I posted this in Hybrid, but didnt get any response (so if the mods are pissed, im sorry)anyway
Ive got a 97'LS (ODB2) motor in my 93'hatch (OBD1).
just got the motor in...pulls pretty nice. however.
Im throwing code 41, which is an 02-sensor I believe.
Its being run on a 95' LS ECU.
I believe going OBD2 causes this problem, because the diff in 02 sensors (# of wires or some ****).
does anyone know what I have to do to my 02 to fix this problem. wiring etc.
yes, Ive searched... no results for this specific problem.
thanks in advance.

41 is the o2 sensor heater.
Probably time for a new sensor if your wiring is ok.
