94 Honda Civic overheats!
We have changed the thermostate, valve cover gasket, and note no leakage from the head gasket. It only overheats when the AC is being used. We have to add coolant/water several times. Is there a connection between the AC and the cooling system?

Or if fans kick on have your rad checked it maybe partially clogged it can happen after 10 years. Mine was clogged when I first bought my civ. They said the civ rad are so small even a 30% blockage can cause overheating.

Check the condensor fan see if it turns on as well. There's two fans correct? If so turn on the A/C and when the car starts to overheat see if both fans are runnin. If not see which one isn't.
