Heres the deal, the person who owned my car before me, changed the speaker wire in the car, but the wire doesnt have any indication of whats positive and whats negative, so i just have white wires. Is there any way I can determine whats what without having to do all new wiring? I want to make sure all my speakers are wired in phase with eachother.
thanks.....

you have to take out each speaker and check the polarity. or if you can see the actual speaker, put a small voltage battery to it and see if the cone moves out or in. Then check the leads. That should tell you if its wired correctly or not. But i dont think theres any easy way of telling, especially with aftermarket wiring.
