Stiffer steering in the R
Do they make a shorter steering rack for the R? I don't want to take Power-steering out of the car, it is a street car but I'd like to have a little bit more of a go-kart feel, possibly stiffen it up a bit. Any suggestions?
I think the only way your going to get it it stiff is by dissabling the power steering and performing the required work to the rack it's self. That's the only 'go-kart' feel that I'm aware of. Perhaps the old timers have a better answer.
I running 15x7 TE37's. When I switched over from the stock calipers to the spoon calipers, it was just ridiculous on how light the steering got. Have any of you guys noticed the same? Which kind of bushings should I get, where to get them?

when i drove around for a couple weeks with my 15x7 kosei's, my car seemed like a go-kart to me.

There isnt a faster steering rack we can swap in. Believe me Ive looked hard. All G3 Integras have the same steering ratio and its not fast enough.

if you think it is too light, take the power steering belt off, get some tires with a stiff wall, check that the tire PSI is good, and see how you like it.

If you want to keep power steering, then my advice would be to just leave things alone. You'd be opening up a can of worms, IMHO.
Although it can seem overassisted at times, it's really not all that bad, especially for a variable assist system the design of which is close to ten years old.
Under three turns lock to lock makes things pleasant on the track, IMHO.
If you are willing to do away with the power steering, then there are a couple of options available to you.
