Default 5th gen civic is sliggish upon start and sluggish off the fly >>

ok here are the specs >. 95 civic dx 2 dr auto 140k mi. i recently changed the spark plug wires, cap, rotor, flushed coolant, oil, the basic **** > plugs havent been changed but the car sat for the past 5 mos > i have put about 1k mi on it since it went back on the road. when i start it up it startsa but idles very choppy as if to stall. when i give it gas it is fine. also wheni come off the fly like from a light i could floor it and it feels like it is being pulled backwards for about 10 seconds then it pulls nicely.

help would be appreciated.

Gets you a new PCV valve!? New plugs always with new wires/distributor cap. Also reset the ECU backup fuse. You could have gotten water and or rusty internals if it sat for 5 months, so somethings gotta be done in that department. Clean the throttle, lube the accel cable or replace. Other junk that other people are about to list.
