D series exhaust manifolds?

Anyone know if there is a D series header for the EG models that utilizes a 4-2-1 type of design from Honda itself (like the D16 VTECs, what kind of exhaust manifold do they use?)?
I know that DC Sports, GReddy, etc. make headers, but I was wondering if there was anything OEM that bolts on to a D series motor that is similar to a 4-2-1 design rather than the "log" shaped types. Is it possible that a B series Integra OEM header would fit on a D series motor (and if so, from what B series engine?)?
A little fabrication is do-able, but before I hit the junkyards I thought I'd ask here. Oh, and I did search but couldn't find what I was looking for in regards to this post.

Honestly, not that I know of. I do understand what your looking for, but I don't know of anything similar to it.
