Cam Gear(help!!!)

Does a d15 cam gear work with a 98 non vtec d16 head?
Im stuck right now and im not sure if i should continue!!!

Nope, aparently the 96-00 are different, even though most cam gears say "88-00"

Ya, just use a timing light to get everything set up right. I MAY BE WRONG since I have never tried it myself so you may be able to adjust it up. Which junkyard are you going to by the way?
