you need to change the throttle cable pulley. the Type r one pulls the opposite way.

They don't sell this part separately at the dealer, so you need to find one off a Non GSR or Civic.

And you may need to buy the type R throttle cable cause you may need the correct tension and slack to get it right.

You know, the Skunk2 install has more suprises than you think.
This is the extras I needed to buy to make everything perfect:

Skunk2 Manifold (obviously)
GSR IM gasket
Type R TB (or stock GSR one with Non GSR pulley)
GSR or Type r TB Gasket (depends on which one used)
Type R throttle Cable Bracket
Type R throttle Cable
Type R Air Intake Arm (or aftermarket made for type R
Type R or LS fuel Pipe (GSR one is a real tight squeeze, can use, but sketchy)
Type R fuel rail stay bracket (GSR one is too short, not needed, but good for support)

I'll take pictures of my setup later. I am waiting for the Type R fuel pipe on order from Acura, the stock one fits, but is a really tight fit. I rather spend the money and get the right one then have it break on me and spill gasoline all over my engine.
Some Misc hoses and extra little stuff

any other questions, just ask

I like to use the B16 throttle body pulleys b/c they're the same size as the ITR throttle pulleys.

I can either sell you just the pulley and return spring or I can pre-assemble an OBD-1 GS-R throttle body w/ the B16 pulley/spring for you.

during my install..this is exactly what i looked for and bought:

brand new itr throttle cable
new itr throttle cable bracket
new GSR intake manifold gasket (hondata)
non gsr throttle body pulley (i got it used in the classifieds off of a dx)
gsr throttle body gasket
ITR CAI (or you can use b16 or LS intake)
and while your at it, you could replace the fuel filter with a new one

And as for buying a new fuel pipe line or whatever.....i justed my gsr one but bent it to fit right......works and fits perfectly fine. Just dont bend it so much that you cause a kink in the line.

The only parts i bought for my 94 gsr was new IM gasket and TB gasket.

If u dont like the way throttle cable is routed then u can get the non gsr throttle pulley and R cable and bracket.

i just replaced the gaskets also. i lived with the throttle cable sticking in the air. i know someone that has been for 3 years with it like that and no problems. it comes down to how clean you want it to look

its recommended that you get a program because you no longer have the secondary runners.
