Default clutch pressure problem

i just installed a new master and slave. bleed it. everything worked fine for the last day or two. now it seems the distance of stepping down on the clutch pedal is so much further. it's like a full swing! i double checked, but no leaks yet...do you guys have any suggestions?

thanks!

The travel of the clutch pedal is the same. You could make some adjustments to the master cylinder and pedal from under the pedal assembly.

but is it normal for the clutch pedal to feel different a few days after installing it. before it felt short and softer. now it is harder and longer.

Looks like you installed an aftermarket cluch. Yes it is going to be stiffer, but the throw is the same. The pedal only goes as far to the floorboard. So I dont understand how its "longer"

sorry. to explain this further, my clutch pedal ususally pulls back about 4 inches or so until the clutch grabs in. now the clutch pedal seems to pull back even further, like 6 inches or so until the clutch grips. so in result there is a little stall between shift when before there wasnt.

OK, that makes more sence. Yes you need to do a clutch adjustment. I usually do this after installing an aftermarket clutch. You will be able to shift the engagement point much closer to the floor.
