Are GSR TB's interchangeable?
I have a 95 GSR and want to switch it out the TB with a 99 GSR TB. Will it work i want to get rid of the FIV. The one thing i noticed is it does not have a nipple for the charcoal canister to hook up. What would happen if the charcoal canister is not hooked up?

I just don't know the answer to your question. So if you want me to just BS about it, here goes...
If you ONLY want to get rid of the FITV, you can probably make a gasket that blocks off the air passageway. (Why do you want to get rid of it, anyway?)
I think(?) OBD-1 vs. OBD-2 IAC valves have very different control strategies, so splicing wires isn't gonna work.
I don't know where the EVAP hose goes on an OBD-2 GSR. I'm pretty sure it's not really gone. Maybe that hose nipple is on the manifold instead of the TB? If you don't hook up that hose at all, you only hurt emmissions. In other words, you mess up the air that I have to breathe!!! (jk)
Plug the vacuum leak at the manifold, but DON'T plug up the vapor line. You don't want to pressurize your gas tank.
