Default TB question

So I have a OBD2 B18B in my car and I wanted to put in a TB from a GSR or ITR. I know that they will fit. I have searched and found the answer to that. But the question I still have unanswered is, Will a OBD1 TB work on a OBD2 engine? Also what is the size of a GSR TB?

make sure you get the gsr gasket or it will leak. I would use the obd2 LS TPS also. i think its a 60mm i could be wrong.

So its bigger than a SI's tb if its 62 because I know that SI tb is 60 and I figured that a GSR would be pretty much the same.
