Default Need help installing possible OBD-2 GSR TB on OBD-1 car

I got this GSR TB sitting here and all would be good for a direct bolt on application except for one thing, it doesn't have the nipple for the charcoal canister. Seems from my research that all OBD-1 TB's have this, but the OBD-2's don't. So here is the question.. Where can I alternatively hook the charcoal canister up at? I was thinking just intake manifold vaccum, but this might raise some issues with the way it mixes with the air mix. Just sticking it off the back port would tend to favor cylinder 1 running richer from the vapors when the canister was purged. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have to tap the line into another port in the manifold.

Yep, thats what my TB is missing. When I left it unplugged the car was smoking. Couldn't figure out why, so I put the B16 TB back on.
