Sorry, to ask a non-technical question here, but I'm also looking for an intake I figure it kind of works.

1) Is CT-Engineering (formally Comptech) out of business? Admittedly, I've been out of the Honda game for over 10 years so I'm not up to speed. I was looking to get a Comptech Icebox when I found Comptech became CT-Engineering. Ok, cool, whatever. I looked on the CT-Engineering site and low and behold they still have one for a 99-2000-Si. Perfect. Placed the order on their store, get a receipt but the card has not been charged. I've tried emailing, calling and have heard nothing. I checked around and have found no information on here (search) or online. Their site is still up. Their online store is still up. Their phone is still working. But, their facebook hasn't been updated since 2012. It just seems odd that their whole digital presence is still online, but they appear to be gone. Bummer.

2) That said, I'm looking for closed-intake similar to the Comptech/CTE for a 99-2000 SI. Any suggestions? I'm open to the Mugen intake but have heard mixed results of it fitting correctly on LHD cars with A/C and if I didn't have to spend $800+, that would be a bonus. Any ideas? I'm also open to other intake ideas that are of high-quality with good fitment.

Thanks for reminding me. I finally heard back from CT-Engineering and found the part was on back order and will be shipping soon. Good to know they're still around.
