Default ECU toasted? fuel pump not priming car not turning on

Hello HT, I got a 1995 Acura Integra and yesterday i tried to start my car up and no go... i dident hear the fuel pump priming when i turned the key over so that was an immediate problem. I replaced the Main relay and still nothing. jumped the fuel pump at the main relay and it kicked on so with that still on i tried to turn the car over and nothing... I am running a JDM B18c(R) everything stock for the most part on a chipped p28. I'm thinking that its the ECU i checked the fuse for the ECU under the hood and it looked good even replaced it i believe it its a 15? Before i buy another p28 and get a chip made by xenocron anyone have any other possible ideas? ill post a pic up of the ECU in a bit doesn't look like any capacitors are blown or anything.

This is a common issue with 20+ year old ECUs and is repairable. PM me if interested.

Alrightttttt so got my chipped p06 from xenocron today, was pumped since this was the only thing that I could think of SO IT MUST be the solution right? No, car is still not running. ECU was not the problem....207 down the drain.. I tried to start my other civic with a b20 swap and i hear the main relay clicked but it also sounds like the ecu is clicking as well is this normal? I got back in my integra and it was not clicking. I really have no fkin idea what is wrong. Need help, please assist....soonish....

Chech ecu fuse underhood they usually corrode, check if there's power between ELD and ecu fuse

first test for power at the fuel pump, if you get nothing there with the key on then test for voltage before and after the PGM-FI main relay, that should be everything you should need to do as long as it is a simple issue

thank you. We did that. Except for the main relay test. Car is sitting at the dealership now. Dashboard diagnostic gave me an eror 1 and four different readers can't get a signal off of it.
