Those look like parts of a D-series 5 speed. Based on that assumption:

The service manual must be consulted, because there are several nuances about the parts where they can be put together wrong.

It would have been good to take pictures before taking apart, or find someone else's pictures of the shafts assembled.

The dealer parts identification exploded view shows the order of assembly of the parts.

As a start, the two largest clutched gears go on the inside (engine end, the bottom if you have the transmission sitting engine side down on a bench) of the output shaft. The 1-2 clutch is in between them. The 1-2 clutch also carries the reverse output gear. The other three gears on the output shaft are fixed. The input shaft has the fixed first gear made into the shaft, this is followed by the fixed reverse gear and the fixed second gear (smallest fixed gear). Then the third clutched gear, 3-4 clutch, fourth clutched gear, fifth clutched gear, and the 5 clutch.

Keep your gears clean. Don't lay them on the ground.
