Coilovers on.
Much firmer than the stock combo. Been concentrating on finding missing body pieces and starting on the sanding of the roof. Black plasti dipping roof and drip rails soon.

 

New exhaust to replace the blox muffler. No name twin loop.
High temp black paint for even more lowkey goodness.
Sounds so much better than the other muffler.
No problems here officer.

 

Traded the track r's for some bronze c8's. 195/50r15 falkens. Either going to strip and rebronze or maybe a battlship grey.

 

Finally found b pillar trim on driver side. Little pieces can be so satisfying to install sometimes.
Installled passenger sideskirt too. The car looked weird without it. Finally coming together somewhat.

 

Traded for some j mags. 15x7 w new 195/50 tires. I dig em!!
Need a good polishing but otherwise a nice set of street rims.
New tires. Comforser brand. Never heard of em but whatever. New is new.
1 inch hub spacer. Having it a tad closer to me is nice cuz i sit ao far back. Cheap mod that made a big difference.

 

Went to pick your part today and scored an ex cluster, column trim, ashtray and a glovebox latch for 50. Going back again for an ex harness. a 99 ex exhaust manifold and s40 ex trans. Forgot how much i love part hunting. More pics to come.

99 ex exhaust manifold. Installing tomorrow. Finally can get rid of the horrible d15b7 mani. Should i paint a high temp black or just put in as is?

 

 

^^^ Agreed. Even the high heat paint from VHT that I used in the past didn't last very long.

 

Installed as is. Looks way better.
I hear you on the paint degrading. Old one was all kinds of crusty. Glad this is gone now.
