Had some rust around the front areas, ground it out, panel wiped etc then used BH Zinc primer. For some areas I then used a 2nd primer layer and then top coat. There were also some sections which got a light dusting of top coat to replicate the factory overspray in these areas. I also topped up the undercoat in some areas. New OEM hardware was used when putting back anything I'd removed.

Replaced the right side skirt with a used, very clean one. Mine had some scratches.

I am wondering what to do for the floor sections in terms of rust proofing. I'm torn between BH Dynax UC and U-POL Gravitex in grey.

Whilst I think UC is a great product, I have found that it will attract dirt. The U-POL is a rubberized coating similar to what is on the floor sections from factory.

Will most likely use UC for winter and possibly next year 'top up' the factory coat.

I'll use a long handle brush, degreaser, hose and then panel wipe. Next day, hit it with some UC.

Of course T. If you didn't go OEM OCD we'd all be a little worried for you. Oh and the underside of your Teg looks very well protected.

Folks from Nevada, Arizona and similar ignore the above. You lucky bast... Though how Canadians keep their R's on the road... Kudos. Then again to a Canadian freezing point is when they figure it's warm enough to go swimming

Painted my callipers. Only have this picture but I did a good job on them, took them off the car, wire wheeled, degreased and painted.

Repainted the rear floor (boot floor) and added new 3M seam sealer. I tried to match the factory finish and think I did a pretty good job if I may say so myself. If you want any tips on how to do this then I'll be happy to answer any questions regarding the spraying technique etc. Also replaced some clips, tape and bungs in that area with OEM parts. Was pleased to see the inner arch areas were completely rust free since the last time I checked over 2 years ago. In an attempt to keep them that way, I sprayed these areas with some BH Dynax S-50 cavity wax.

Fitted new OEM vapour barriers. Cleaned and panel wiped the lower part inside of the doors before applying some BH Dynax S-50. OEM glue/sealer was used to attach the vapour barrier. Both doors were done.
