Power Stop reman calipers are garbage. Rebuilding your calipers yourself is a much better option, it's not hard and factory rebuild kits are $20 each. Here is a link to my write up of why Power Stop calipers suck:

Thanks for sharing. I've only noted thus far that they look nice. The powder coating on the set I got was done decently well and everything else checked out from initial inspection. I haven't even tried installing them yet though. Will read that.

edit: wow that sucks. Kinda hard to **** up a reman. Will be pulling mine apart & checking them before install now.

When you do that can you report back? I'm curious to see what you find, I suppose it's possible that I just got REALLY unlucky and ended up with a bunch of messed up ones.

The powder coat on them is very nice though, and buying them is cheaper than paying a shop to powder coat calipers for you. Brake fluid doesn't hurt it at all even after sitting for days, and it's a nice thick coating that seems to resist heat pretty well. The first time I had a rear caliper stick (within days of installing them...) I didn't notice for a while until after I got on the highway and the rotors had gotten so hot they changed color and the pads reeked like hell but the coating was still perfect.

Replaced power steering hoses, clamps and refilled the system with Honda PSF.

Nice. Funny on my car it doesn't have the black outer sleeve on the hose. I winder why it's there as there's nothing nearby I can see that might rub? Is doing the steering fluid an easy job T? I ask, because it's on my to do list. I also must take a bit of brasso to my copper pipe.

The old one I took off mine didn't either. I think they are suppose to have it (have a look at the Best Motoring videos). It's just precautionary incase the PS belt gets close, as far as I can tell. Changing the fluid is easy. Let me know if you want tips!

I probably should have asked this before I bought a car cover but what are your opinions on them? It's a 4 layer cover, breathable etc etc. Cost £160 (over $200 U.S).

I'm worried it will hurt the paint, trap mositure. I plan to use it just for thhe winter months and it will be put on after the car has been washed and dried or has a waterless wash.

Car covers are amazing. They keep the dust from falling on the caR so it's very easy to wash it once and then keep it clean for long periods of time.

Car covers cause more problems than they prevent. Dust is easy to rinse off, it's a pain in the *** to fix the marring caused by putting the cover on and taking it off. Then there's the issue of trapping moisture...

where did you pick up that fender cover while working on the car? could use something like that to avoid scratches.

Just a cheap one I bought off eBay. Does the job. If I was a professional I'd probably go Snap-on or something.

Anyone know what this wire is? It doesn't go inside the hatch, it just stops (see second picture). I think it might be something to do with the Toad alarm possibly.

Looks like an alarm trigger that would have been patched into the hatch lock/light. So I'd agree with your take alright. Another way to trigger the hatch is to tap into the light on the dash that tells you it's open. That's what my alarm guy did and it works well and doesn't need a cable run down the back.

Fixed my rear roof/body cracks. I cleaned the whole area with thinners and panel wipe. Was nice to find out that it was very superficial seam sealer cracks. I cut the all the sealer out on one side to check for rust but only found clean metal. I also inspected the sealer around the hinges and along the roof seam, these areas were not cracked. Happy days.

I used Bilt Hamber Electrox zinc primer followed by Bilt Hamber Seam sealer and finally colour and then clear coat. Lastly, I sprayed some Bilt Hamber Dynax UC around the hinges. There was obviously a bit more involved such as sanding, blowing off dust, cleaning, masking etc but I'm too lazy to type it all out.

OEM lower control arms. Will most likely fit these next year along with new OEM upper control arms(in the post from Japan) for the rear. Looking forward to how she drives afterwards. I will have replaced almost every bush on the car at that point with the exception of front and rear droplinks and front compliance bushings with new Honda parts.

A bush refresh is for my money about the best bang for buck "upgrade"(I once suggested the same of an ex girlfriend, but she didn't take it nearly so well as I thought she might. In fairness I was drunk at the time [insert ethnic, but pretty accurate, slur here] ). Makes a huge difference. Particularly in the rear setup, I found anyway. I think I mentioned that to her too. No wonder she's an ex...
