Default cheap way to setup the e brake for rallycross

I don't think I have posted here in 10 years. Anyways I have a real shitty integra we use for rallycross and we beat the day lights out of this car. Tons of fun but it's a beater and always trying to do this on the cheap.

The track we run 2-3 times a month. Get about 50 miles in each time. Great place. But I ramble.

Depending on how we setup the track we seem to have one or two turns where using the handbrake comes into play. As of now I just tape down the button and use it like that. Is there a better option anyone has done? This works for now but it's not very ergonomic.

Back in the day, I remember the drift guys would install something like this:
Universal Drift Spin Turn Aluminum E-Brake Handle Brake Lock Button **** Black | eBay

That or an extended handle that locked into place the same way. Simple and effective.

That or drill it and pin the button in the depressed position with a roll pin.

Thanks I will have to go that route for now. I saw a video where they used a dual caliper bracket that looked like the way to go. Unfortunately I can't find something like that for hondas. So drift button seems like the way to go.

Running another caliper setup isn't exactly "cheap".

You need a hydro handbrake/master which the cheap ones are ~$150, handful of braided or hard line, bracket ($?), and another pair of calipers which is basically how drift cars are setup. Most of the rally cars I know of use a pass-through setup since they only run one caliper on the rear. Brake pedal runs all 4, handbrake runs just the rear.

Drift Button worked great for me, and was easy to install!
