Thermostat reading question

Default Thermostat reading question
So I replace the radiator a while back and now the thermostat is not reading at high temp. However I keep getting this reading

Is it this suppose to be the proper reading? Or is it a bit to high?

That's the exact spot my 95 Civic Hatch with D16Z6 motor hit unless I was overheating.

Looks normal to me at just a touch below half way.
