Default DIY B series valve spring compressor tool
Well I'm not mr.moneybags so yea for all you like me here ya go.

It worked flawlessly. I just used some scrap steel, 19mm socket, treaded rod, nuts and a couple beers.

Not the most beautiful but It was either $80 for the tool or $80 for valve guides and I need both.... I can't make valve guides lol sorry HPT
