got this turbo for a good deal in a kit 360 thrust bearing new seals etc please tell me what turbo it is so I can research if it can meet my goals pics below , I figures it's precision sold to me as a garret 60 trim

No. It would not reach that power level, regardless of fuel type used

but yes too small... sc61 is where the life starts for the H and bigger power goals.
