A bit late to address your broken bolts. In the US we have a product called pb blaster that you spray on any bolt/nut combo a few days to weeks before dismantling, if not available you can mix 50/50 acetone and automatic transmission fluid such as dextron or mercron, whatever is available in France.

For serious thread rebuilt, I use keensert also called timesert very good success in cylinder head, one of my single cylinder motorcycle has 2 our of 4 cylinder head bolt holding up for the last 4 seasons

Last week we have progressed on the engine, with the cylinder head back from machining...
I'm looking for tappets to adjust the valves play, I need size below 2.300 that is not easy to find...

I think in english it could be zinc electro-plating clear, white instead of yellow no more authorized after July 2016 in France
only for steel of course

very slow progress during winter, the car is in a non-heated area and this year it is freezing!!!
some picture for the fully refurbished radiator,
I will resume the re-assembly of the engine next week hopfully.
