95 DX Auto, cranking but no start, good spark, good fuel
Hey Honda-tech, been a while!
I purchased a 95 DX for my retired father to bum around town with. No rust, but it's not starting and I could use some help.
Point me in a direction, share a link, whatever. Thanks!
What I've done:
Electric:
No CEL's, but CEL light is working
New Battery
New distributor cap and rotor
New Distributor coil
New spark plug wires
Checked Voltage at distributor coil and is good
No blown fuses interior or exterior
Replaced Main Relay, good voltage
Fuel:
New Fuel pump - pump turns on with ignition
New Fuel filter - seeping, but it's been on and off several times
New line between filter and rail, (previous owner had a gauge spliced in)
Checked injectors, good voltage and hear fuel and clicking on each one
New gas, car sat since December, added 2 gallons.
Other conditions:
the car was owned by a racer, interior is a shambles, but the ignition harness and ECU are straight. not worried

No. It was parked in December, the owner tried a few things, replaced a few parts to get it going and we settled on a lower price with the expectation it was the distributor coil, which it wasn't

Turn crank pulley only counterclockwise until cam is perfectly set at TDC1. Use the cam alignment marks that pertain to your engine. The D15B7 cam marks should also be present on rear side of cam pulley. It's easier to align using the rear marks. Then look down at the crank pulley alignment with the pointer.
Post pics that show cam and crank pulley alignments with timing marks/pointer.
