Reset ecu and no dust but oil inside I do I gave spark and fuel but won't turn over

Inner cover present?

Oil inside the distributor typically indicates a bad internal seal. Replace it and go from there.

turning over means rotating with the starter.. is it not doing that now?

or do you mean its not firing/starting?

car started but hit a bump and **** off what tests can I run im gertting spark and fuel but wont turn over

yeah spark at all 4 wires I cleaned my pulgs im running bkr7 I thing it has to do with that connection plug c102 im looking for a pin out diagram im also looking for a new harness also

Umm...see post 53. C213 mates with C102.

I know what clip is is but do you know what prongs go to where the pin out so I can do further test to why my car starts sometimes and not others
