Icon5 93 Civic/B18A1 swap - Idle problems

So, i have been having this problem with my car. It'll idle poorly when it firsts turns over then after a little bit of time, the check engine light comes on it stops that. So it falls into a fail safe mode for it. But I'm trying to figure if its the IACV or the mass airflow sensor. Its a B18A1 engine and I have taken apart the intake all the way up to the throttle body and cant find the MAF (unless I'm just missing it). But please help

Remove passenger kick panel and post pics of ECU label.

Have you checked for CEL codes? Does the CEL remain on while driving?

What ECU?

If you reset the ECU, do both codes return?

If so, resolder the main relay, and check whether fuses 24 and/or 31 is blown.

Also check whether the TPS is plugged in.

As a stock P28 is not a fit for a B18A engine, the P28 should be chipped with a B18A basemap. You need to open up the ECU and post pictures to verify.

I can not get the ecu open unfortunately. But it was running last week. I just woke up one morning and tried cranking it and it didn't work

Remove the 7.5A hood BackUp fuse for 5 minutes. Then resinstall. Turn key to ON(II). If the CEL stays on steady, pull the codes again and post them.

Also check whether fuses 24 and/or 31 is blown.

Post a picture of the TPS.

I will do that when i get the car back. Its currently at the shop to get the starting problem fixed. They told me it might be the distributor. So hopefully its just one part )
