Default Post mount question!

Car: Honda Civic 1998 LX Motor:JDM SIR b16a obd0
I have a JDM B16a obd0 and the driver side POST MOUNT is different so my aftermarket engine mounts wont fit correctly (Driver Side ONLY), Since the aftermarket engine mounts are made for B Series Engines.
My question is can use any 94+ Integra Post Mount or do i need a EM1/B16a2/SI,

Ek Chassis 98, Aftermarket Ek to B series but I know you can use stock mounts for any B Series if its a 2 bolt driver side post

A pic of your driver's side aftermarket engine mount and the model chassis/year would be very helpful (unless we can assume that the chassis is the white EK in your Avatar).

The standard engine bracket (post mount as you put it) on an OBD-0 JDM B16A would be like that found in a US DA Integra (90-93) and typically works with EF B16A type aftermarket mounts.

If a pic is a problem, here is the long answer:

If your aftermarket driver's side mount has two holes in it, you will need to get a '99-00 Civic Si (EM1) engine bracket.
If it has three holes in it, you will need a '94-01 Integra (DC) engine bracket.

Some Integra have the 2 bolt mounts my cousin had it on his GSR but had to convert it to a 3 bolt, For example if I find a 2 bolt off a DC integra 94+ would it work on my JDM b16a or I must get a Em1/SI

No Integra had a 2 bolt post mount, none of them. The only B-series equipped cars that came with the 2 bolt post mount were: '94 - '97 Del Sol VTEC, '99 - '00 Civic Si, '97 - '01 CR-V (this one is a little longer than the rest and lets the engine sit a little lower on the driver's side) JDM Orthia (I think it's got the same mount as the CR-V) and '92 - '00 JDM civic with B-series.

I have the B16a which doesn't work with my aftermarket mounts and I have another 2 bolt post mount off a b series but its still the same

The post mount is slightly forward and the aftermarket mount is slightly back making the bolts uneven to the chassis

Does the aftermarket mount fit the post mount itself? If so you may have to pry the engine back a little.

do you have the correct T bracket as the EG/Teg mount doesnt work in an EK chassi
and will put the engine in the wrong place for the engine post mount

what car did the engine come from ??

It fits the post mount but when I try to even out the bolts onto the chassis it's totally off, The whole engine mount is slight forward to even bolt the other two bolts

Actually, I think I see the problem anyway, OBD0, they have a weird mount if they're like the '90 - '91 Integras. Get a '99 - '00 Si mount.
