Default Fuel pressure problems....

A little background info... stuff i think you will need to know to help me out. If you need any other info just let me know. I appreciate ANY help anyone can offer me.

'97 GSR Integra... Sleeved GSR motor, 60 trim turbo, cast manifold, AEM (universal FPR), all stock fuel lines, B&M fuel pressure guage on top of filter, and 255 Walbro fuel pump.

I installed the FPR directly to the OEM fuel rail using an adaptor fitting. I was actually quite pleased on how it is set up. Considering i didnt have to put it on the firewall and run uneccesary fuel lines. I contected the feed line and vacuum line up to it and im having some problems.

After i checked for leaks several times, i started the car up and proceeded to adjust the fuel pressure. My current fuel pressure is right at 80 psi. I am trying to get it down to 45 psi which to my understanding is stock. I turned the adjusting allen bolt counter clockwise all the way out and the pressure is not changing. Maybe 2 to 3 psi, but nothing really worth anything. Also i need the FPR to working properly for the tuner to be able to adjust it. Which is in 6 DAYS

Before i installed the AEM fpr i installed a BLOX fpr. i know the pieced isnt the best quality unit but i had the same problem.

Another thing that might help yall is that the guage on the FPR ( AEM and BLOX ) is reading Zero PSI. but the guage on the filter is reading 80psi.

Again anthing will be appreciated. Thanks a lot
