not sure what the hold up is... waiting on any replies to my PMs and Emails... still nothing. opened a dispute via paypal.

Sept 28: paypal sent.
NO reply.
Oct 1: pm sent to follow up
NO reply.
Oct 4: emailed the paypal address to follow up
NO reply.
Oct 6: pm sent to follow up
NO reply.
Oct 6: dispute filed. Maybe this will get his attention.
NO reply.
Oct 10: FINALLY a reply in the paypal resolution center, stating that if I still wanted them, he could have them out "ASAP."
to which I reply, yes, I still want them.
Oct 13: I posted in the paypal thread that I needed the tracking info because i need them ASAP.
NO reply.
Oct 15: I posted in the paypal thread that if I received no tracking info, then I would escalate the dispute to a claim because I need the product and can't wait any more.
NO reply.
Oct 16: I escalate the dispute to a claim, stating "The seller has stopped communication, and I needed this part ASAP. I have found other sellers. "
Oct 20: Without ANY responses, without ANY messages, this JERK posts shipping information and I have received the forks. He sent them out TWO DAYS AFTER I notified him that I found other sellers and TEN WHOLE DAYS after he said he'd have them out to me "ASAP".
I needed the parts earlier, or at least SOME SORT OF notification that you weren't scamming me, or I wouldn't have spent the money on other forks.
absolutely worthless customer service, horrendous buying experience.

i am not aware of private messages sent to staff. i apologize on behalf of the staff if you for some reason were accidently ignored. i do not wish to sound harsh, but there is nothing we can do other than try to contact the user to respond to your queries in the feedback forum. please read the sales forum guidelines stickied at the top to understand what is expected of the users and what you can expect from the forum.
your best bet is to address this in the feedback forum, and from there we can demand the user respond in kind - and at that point, it is up to you two to hash it out. this particular user does not seem to show a history of this behavior so it seems it is likely something can be worked out.
