How did you "drop off a package"(a engine)and the people at fedex not know what it was and they still took it?I know you had to pay them to ship it.they shoulda told you rite there that it wasn't going to work.you shoulda left the location with the package still in hand.up for getting it resolved and it's getting late on the east coast,they close at 5!
Ps I'm from pa and have flown to socal to pay a visit to someone who scammed me for some integra oem optional side skirts.needless to say some people will go through great lengths to get there money or a item back...just putting that out there.

Rofl busted buddy, give it up, actully ship the mans motor...
I bought a b20 block 6 years ago on here, i fully built the motor, spend about 6k on it (the motor in my car now actully)... And well i go to bolt the head on and every head stud was stripped.

Already spoke with the person .I had to speak with in regards to the shipping of the motor .

He said he dropped it off @ the wrong fedex location, so its been just sitting.. according to him he's shipping it out tomorrow, he called with a confirmation number to show he's paided for shipping the motor so it "SHOULD" go out tomorrow.. however i wont hold my breath.
He's txted my partner quite a few times day (wonder why all of a sudden he's so active on the phone) and he's been in good communication for the last 24 hours..
We'll see where this goes, i should have a tracking number tomorrow and if i do, i'll let you guys know.

Idea time! How about you post up the tracking number for everyone to see so all can see the truth? Also, why is it that everytime you say you just talked to him, he never confirms it? Either get him the motor and tracking number or return his money. Then quit being a pile of **** and do the things you say you will, when you will. Not 2+ weeks later.

we have worked out everything with the seller. It was a big misunderstanding and he is making it right. As soon as the tracking number is recieved the thread will be closed and no misgivings will be held towards the seller. Thanks for everyones support.

dont send money through money grams. its so easy for someone to **** you hard
if they give you a story of why that cant use paypal its prob cause they scammed someone else and gotmoney taken out of there account.
also someone who doesnt have many post. and if they say the have vouches. there idiots yeah i dont have many posts on here cause this is not my normal forumn but i could give you a long list of friends names that would vouch for me even if they knew i would steal your money.
i hope the OP got the motor. and i hope everything gets straightened out with everyone

You can always take him to small claim court and sue him for your payment, plus the cost of filing, plus transportation to and from the court, plus work time lost, plus for deceptive practices and breach of contract...

Last time we talked to him was today, said he was on his way to fedex freight, that was 2 hours ago.. so waiting for him to txt a tracking number...thats all i got now.. he's been blowing up our phone though ever since this thread.
