my only advice i can give you is to file a police report already if you havent yet. the reason is he can easily go and file a report on you and say he feels threatened same thing happened to my buddy and it made things alot harder when they went to court.

my friend never made a threat to the guy that scammed him but becuase of the thread other people were advising him to woop his *** and to go to his house. he printed out the pages and went and did a police report. when he went to court they told him that the first thing he should of done was to file a police report instead of posting it in a public forum so basically he ended up getting screwed in court and the scammer came out winning over 4000 with no charges whatsoever. i know that every judge is different but just an advice.

there ya go! as long as you have something to work with... make it your life goal to track this **** down and either get your money back or give him what he has coming to him

I banned him on k20a.org.
Sorry for the shitty experience but when u buy a motor in person, u have to check it or get it checked out right then and there or spend more and buy from a reputable dealer on k20a.org and gurantee urself a healthy swap.

Why put all the info you have on the guy in the open like this!? Even though he is banned he can still read this thread, right? I dont understand what your trying to do? This thread is getting old. I only saw info about being a barber also and nothing else unfortunately. I should have extra type s pistons/rods somewhere so lmk if u need, no charge. I can't really tell from the pic but is that cc done or salvageable? Hope the crank is good also.
