I see how business works. Sell something, lie about when it was shipped, don't respond until further actions are taken by a third party, after I realize I have to provide the purchased product or give a full refund then it's time to respond but respond back with a bullshit story and get mad at the client/buyer for wondering why they haven't received their product or heard from me... Then if anyone questions me, I already have certain vouches ready to go...

I'm gonna make so much money! I can't wait!

The shipment was supposed to get sent through my work (Fed Ex). After it was sitting it parts boxed up I questioned why it had not been shipped and they responded with "we can not send it through our account". After I got back from being off due to my eye I took the boxes to Fed Ex and shipped them under my account. I obviously sold many other things on here to other members with good feedback. I know you don't understand the seriousness of health issues, but maybe in the future you will. Stop commenting on my thread you got your point across.

 

^That's from the for sale thread... Says "newer ball joints" but it also says 20k miles of use so I guess that's kinda my fault for assuming the ball joints were new or "newish"

In the end, I'll just replace the joints. I feel kinda misled by the statement of newer ball joints but like I said, that's probably my fault...

Overall, i'm not as satisfied as I hoped BUT Mr. EG/Nick got the situation taken care of and I do appreciate it... Thanks.

 

I stated one was new and one had 20k miles of use. They both had no play and I didn't lie about the condition. Glad your somewhat satisfied.

Ive been on honda-tech for close to 10 years, and this person is by far the worst person Ive ever dealt with.

 

Well I stared a Paypal claim and Mr. EG claims item was sent on 2/15/13 and even provided a tracking number... For some package shipped to NY through usps when I am down in Louisiana and the fact I have a email on 3/11/13 stating he had sent it twice through ups and it was returned both times and he would try again.

 

Well I want to apologize to Mr. EG. He did in fact originally send the wastegate on 2/15. Due to the fact that he put his return address below my address, it appeared that my address was the return address. This transaction could have been smoother with a little better communications but it is over and done with.
