Default issues with streetrays...bad customes service

On june 1st i bought some skunk2 front camber kit for my ef.A week later when i recived it the package was busted up,when i opened it up nothing was bent but there were a few scraches on it.two week later when i was getting ready to install it i lined it up to my to my old ones a realized that something isn't rite so i checked the box and it said eg/dc and delsol.so i tried calling (5129897297) with no responce then i sent out a couple emails with no responce so i filled a dispute with paypal....a couple hours later i got a responce saying that i didn't try to resolved it with them and that they were going to fight the dispute.so we came to an agreement to retune the camberkit and that they wre going to try and work with me so i sent it back and close the dispute.when they recived it the said that the camber was used and had scraches on it so they can only give me a store credit for 70% fo what i paid for, since then i have sent out an email everyday asking them to just ship out the cambers that i sent out to them, then they stop retuning my emails and you can never get them on the phone.

I had a similar experience. Their CS is god awful. Good luck is all I can say. I really dont understand how he/they stay in business with all of the negative reviews he/they have regarding CS. I will NEVER buy from streetrays (via website or eBay) EVER again.

I would E-mail/PM them this link and see if anything comes from it.

I don't find it surprising that he hasn't replied yet. CS issues just become worse and worse over time if ignored.

Have you contacted the BBB?

Meh, it is always a shot and doesn't take much time to do.

I wonder if the accounts manager from honda-tech/Internet brands emails SR about sponsorship payments.... do you think he/they reply to those? lol

Has anyone send him this link yet? Lets see if he has anything to say.

i had great experience with there CS.. i bought a blox tps but they sent me a blox fpr.. i emailed them with a mean email. i lied to them that because of them i couldnt finish me car in time for a show and that all i had was that 27 dollars and i had no money for me to ship the fpr back.. they ended up sending me a blox tps and i got to keep the fpr for free.. so you can send them a furious email like i did..

So you lied to them in order to get what you needed? That sounds ethical. What if they lied to you about shipping a replacement? I am sure you wouldn't be happy about that.

I really hope SR comes in here.

Inventory issues is somewhat out of their control as they are probably drop shipping right from the manufacturer. If they catch wind of an item which is out of stock (that's if the manufacturer tells them), I doubt they will remove the listing only to post it back up (costing fees) when available again.

Additionally, if someone buys something, and the customer is notified that it is out of stock, I am sure some customers will just wait, allowing SR or whoever to keep the profits. If they remove the listing, they are preventing sales and people seeing that the seller offers that product they need which the customer would plan on buying at a later date (watched listings etc).

As long as SR gave back the payment and notified you of the issue in a timely manner, I don't see it being a problem. I can understand that it is frustrating though.

lol at him just not caring about this thread and bumping his FS threads in the vendor section.

O well. Again, I am sorry to hear about the issue(s) OP. Hopefully, others will learn from this at the least.
